Dont worry we are still ALIVE, we were not swept away by the hurricane. As usual, i was busy with... `something`. Just wanna post some pics here to tell my family and friends that we are doing fine.

pictures taken last month in san antonio @ Natural Bridge Wildlife Ranch. it was so fun, that animals like zebra and goat came to visit us through the car window. But the trip was so tiring or i can summarise it as DISASTER. Yuta was so not agreeable during the first day in san antonio, he was so out of control that i felt like i just wanna find a place and sit down and cry huahaha. so we know going for sight seeing where you have to move around alot with a 1.5 y/o is not a smart choice. So, this is when you know you are parents, want anything to do? think of what the boy likes, not what you like(at least for now) or else you will be in troulbe.
After the hurricane we lost power for 5 days, so i have to cook using the portable gas stove and this is the dinner we have had, with paper plates and disposable cutlery. yeah this was the dinner, eat before it gets dark. We fled to Austin(3 hr drive frm here) after 2 days living in the dark, to stay in a hotel. All nearby hotel is either out of power of they are fully booked, so 3 hr drive just to stay in a hotel. oopps.. it is not a hotel, it is a motel, it stinks.

Trip to Houston Zoo. Overall the zoo was nice but it was still too hot to stay the whole day there. We reached at 10.30am and by noon, we are already K-O, hot, hot, hot.
