Nomikai Vs. Pub Hopping

Which do you prefer, J style Nomikai(drinking party) or Pub Hopping? Obviously i will go for nomikai where we can talk over a glass of beer or wine as to the shouting in the noisy pub. But of course when you are not click with that particular person you just wish someone will turn on the loud music in the restaurant/cafe to turn your ears off. Last friday, i was introduced to a J lady by my ex company friends. Before i met this J lady, my friends told me what actually the agenda of introducing the J lady. Apparently this J lady is working with J employer but were terminated for whatever reason it is, so she need some advise about how to go about the working visa procedure and how to get proper channel of getting another job in order to stay in Mal. When i heard this, honestly i do not have a good impression of this lady, maybe the word "been terminated" just gave me a minus impression, especially i guess being terminated is a taboo for J. Having stayed in Mal for over a year , i wonder why she have not any knowledge or information about the J society here eventhough she is staying in the area mostly occcupied by J society. Anyway, we met and talked and the conversation went quite well and i forgotten about the minus impression that i have on her.

I sympthasie and feel for her then promise will send her some contacts that might help her situation on monday. After about 3 glasses of beer and dinner, friends suggest we should move to another pub, then i agreed. Later i got to know that the owner of this pub is one of the Mat saleh who worked very closely with my ex comp. The environment of the pub is cozy, with live band which plays rock and soft rock music, i have to agree that they play great music. Then here comes the owner, ownner's MS friends my lady friend and J girl. Then i remember the subject of pda discussed by coy, definetly i do not feel comfortable with this hugging and kissing with "strangers". To me showing affection with bf/ hubby in the public where the emotion is real then is find for me, in short not the the "mengada-ngada" , "menonjol" and just wanna show glamour type. Not sure whether the J lady was high on alcohol already or just wanna menunjuk-nunjuk with those mat salleh, but her action reminds me of all those article that i read in the internet about how obsess of J girl towards MS. Well, maybe others will have the same opinion on me that "oh, she is just another girl that hook up with a J man". Later she introduce her MS boyfriend of few months to me and of course some obsence moment of this couple. Again the my mind says "yappari". Whatever is it, i will try to help as promise.
