我家有個”外人”

Gaijin litterally means "outside people" or foreigner to many japanese. Many gaijin have so called "gaijin bizzaire" during their stay in Japan due to the culture difference. This time during my stay in Japan, i have experience the most common bizzaire of gaijin in Japan. Many years ago i read a book making fun of gaijin in japan, but i have long forgotten about this book until this happen to me. As the politeness j people always fill up the bath tub and offer the guest to take bath first before other people in the family. The first night in bf home, mom clean and fill in the bath tub for my bath. bf was complaining bout the water pressure is very low and is slow to get water to filled up. After dinner i go to the bath and after the bath i hesitate for a while, to drain off the bath tub or not.. i totally forgotten about the book i read about gaijin. Then i decided to drain it off, when bf mom go to the bath and found out that all water been drained off, hurry to the living, laughing out loud and shouting to bf.. haha, "SHE DRAINED OFF WATER FROM THE TUB" , i still was puzzle on whats going on, then followed by bf loud laughther, then i remember bout the bath tub.. the laugh and feel so embarassed. hehe ... i told bf i was thinking the water is not clean after i used, then "そういう文化じゃないよ”(no such custom)..

Then i remember the book i read many years ago. Bf asked then what about you going to the hotspring, so many people is sharing to use the hotspring and yet you dont realise anything haha (laugh), then i can just say そう言えばもそだね。。(it makes sense also la).This is 4th time im in Jbut previouslywhen i stayed in myfriend's place i

did the same but no body make any comment, maybe they are reluctant to tell me the truth.. hehe. Bf told me maybe his mother is busy telling the neighbourhoodabout
