It is the time of the year again, yes it is the season to eat Crawfish. This creature looks so ugly to me when i first saw it last year. Sign board of Crawfish is on sale now are every where. You can see these crawfish are rather small since it is the beginning of season, may get some bigger one in a month or two. It taste in between crab and prawn meat, sometimes it taste like chicken to me. The only part that is eateable is the main body part, so is kind of like troublesome to eat them. It is sold in pounds, we bought 2 pounds but only get to eat about 500gram.
