Something must be wrong with my tea making . Everytime i go to J customer place they will serve very nice , clear and fragrant green tea. When i make green tea in office, there is alway something like residue in the tea. Even there is a strainer in teapot , tiny tea leaves tend to appear in the tea. Sometimes very hesitate to serve tea to guest leh..Why? I try to use those tea back but still doesnt seem to work. Is there anything like the tea leaves is too fine? Did i leave out anything in tea making? Then i notice if you leave the tea leaves in the pot for a while and refill oyu again, the tea will turn yellowish colour, i think maybe of oxidization... but i see j people also refill one ma, is not that the leaves can be used only once..

hi grace. i think it depends on what kind of tea you use and how long it has been kept. i also notice that the longer i keep the tea leaves, although in an air-tight container, the more sediments it has and the quicker it turns yellow. also the quality of tea makes a difference.
