Today i went for my 2nd maternal check up here in jp. Doctor said i need to loose weight since i have put on 12kg in this 7 months. In Japan the standard weight increase should not more than 10kg according to the doc but doc in KL said im fine with my weight increase. sigh.. got me a bit worry and i need to go to nutritional class this coming thursday.. Also i went to dental check up, i was told i have gum disease and 11 cavities.. hah? sure or not? 3 months ago i have my dental check up in KL and was told got 1 cavity only. Tommorow need to go to dentist again, here dental fee is darn expensive loh..This time really Nga tong
