Last month my husband went to singapore for business trip and he got me `sambal nasi lemak` and green chili pickle and moon cakes. I was so surprise that he would bring all this heavy stuff for me not one can but 2 each, so i have been enjoying my own made nasi lemak for the past few days and not a great fan of moon cake but got to taste the taste of the season. I have the image that normally this packed food as souveniour would not taste nice or even awful sometimes just like the previous desert pack my husband got me from Thailand last time but this time the sambal and green chilli is surprisingly good. I have an ex colleague came to tokyo for business trip last week and he got me moon cakes too and some other stuff that i request him to bring me. we had monjya yaki(my friend describe it as taste like fried oyster in KL) which is famous food in tsukishima. Husband is suppose to look after Yuta that day and i go out enjoy my lunch but he was down with a heavy cough, so i brought Yuta along, in fact this kind of restaurant is not suitable for bb but no choice have to go ahead with the plan, fortunately Yuta was ok with it not so cranky just a bit uncomfortable because of the heat in the not so good air ventilation and crowded restaurant. Have another ex colleague come here for business trip next week and he will be staying for quite a long time here , near my place in chiba, so im making the list of what i need to buy from KL, i will get white coffee this time keke.. it is so nice getting some one to visit sometimes, just before the obon holiday, i met up with another ex colleague and have good lunch at hard rock , ueno.. not bad huh... makan , minum life.
